1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 42000 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 42000 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 42000 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is permitted by law.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 42000 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name you register must match the name on your valid identification document and the bank account you use for transactions. Inaccurate information may result in delays or rejection when processing transactions.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. 42000 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility, unless you have already reported a loss of access to our support team.

  • Password must be at least eight characters long
  • Do not share your password with anyone
  • Log out of your account after using a shared device
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

42000 platform users agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible manner consistent with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are prohibited on this platform:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
  • Disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other users
  • Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another party

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and 42000 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 42000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making a deposit.

42000 accepts deposits via several local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and Malaysian online banking. Processing times vary by method. DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take up to an hour depending on the issuing bank.

For withdrawals, users are required to verify their identity before the first request is processed. The bank account name registered for withdrawals must match the name on your 42000 profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

  • Minimum deposit: RM10 (subject to payment method)
